Revolutionary CT Head sponge. The bottom piece slips out and the holder has a natural squeezing effect due to the weight of the patients head. It is very stable and produces no artifacts. The insert is helpful when scanning heads as it allows the user to create a tilt on the head by having it partially inserted. By removing the insert, it works for over 80% of the patients that you would scan on a regular basis.
Available in Stealth-CoteTM: sponges include a proprietary coating to add cleanability and durability to every sponge and includes antimicrobial protection. Light green colour.
All Sponges are Non-allergenic, Radiolucent and Fire-retardant.
